Applied online, contacted by a recruiter from another team for initial phone screen because the manager was too busy, 2 additional phone screens, 4-5 onsite interviews. Aaand crickets. No follow up. Ever.
I interviewed during a very busy time of the season, but it never ceases to amaze me when DIRECTORS and Senior Managers of Recruiting ghost candidates after multiple emails requesting follow up (one months later). Clearly they're setting great examples for their teams.
