I applied online. I interviewed at Chicago Transit Authority (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I first received a phone call asking for my availability, and then the interview took place two and half weeks later through zoom.
During the interview the interviewers introduced themselves and explained their roles at the CTA. I was then able to explain some of my technical experience and projects, however this then transitioned into a STAR format interview. The total interview lasted around 45 minutes.
I received a offer over via phone 3 weeks later.

Interview
It seemed like the interviewer had other plans; they couldn't answer my basic "what does a day as an intern look like?" They even said they didn't know how the process would continue.

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chicago Transit Authority (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2024
Interview
Very swift interview process. Was reached out by recruiter for a screening call. After screening call, one zoom meating with manager, and I got a offer the next day. I think they do their recruiting interviews in a matter of a few days, so I think they get back to you after interviews pretty quickly.
