Straightforward with questions about background and experience; no curve balls. Consisted of a panel of other attorneys and supervising attorney. Interview took just under less than an hour start to finish. Applicant also has opportunity to ask questions about the position, work environment, etc. Panel consisted of people that the applicant would be working with.
- Whether I could hit the ground running with minimal supervision and what experience I had in practice of Indian Law.

Anonymous Employee in Ada, OK
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chickasaw Nation (Ada, OK) in May 2019
It was a quick process and I did not mind any parts of it including the questions that were asked. There was two people that interviewed me at the same time.

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Chickasaw Nation
Went in once at the Newcastle Casino. Manager didn't know I was scheduled for the interview. Had to come back a 2nd time. The entire process was extremely disorganized.
- Tell me about yourself.

Anonymous Employee in Trenton, NJ
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Chickasaw Nation (Trenton, NJ) in Apr 2017
I was e-mailed twice and called once before I answered the call. At the time I was completing my service in the Air Force and fully intended to head back to Texas. After speaking with the individual over the phone I found out the position was literally where I had worked beforehand so I had full knowledge of who I was working with and what they were doing. I was set up with a phone interview that would occur a few days later. During this phone interview the interviewer called late and spoke at length about his previous service. I was asked about 3 questions and I could tell his understanding of what I used to do at my previous job wasn't imparted on them. This was probably my fault. Anyway I was told that I would be a candidate for the position should the contract come through. A few days later I received an e-mail from the initial person disclosing that someone more qualified was chosen. The weird thing was that I was told there was 6 slots for the position and unless something changed it was very misleading. Anyway I do think they are great company but wish I had a better explanation as to why I wasn't chosen. Bitter much right?
- What are your goals?
