It started with a skype interview which lasted about 40 min. Then a written test regarding technical translation skill is required after that. Feed back will be given upon completion.
Not too long after that I got the response that I was accepted to their summer internship program with lasted for 10 weeks. $2000 compensation per month. Corporate housing was provided throughout the whole summer.

Interviewed with Senior Editor, who spent a lot of time going over my resume and asking for details to particular experiences. We started from my senior theses to my most recent internship. Questions were pretty straightforward, just expect to give detailed answers.
