Interview was very transparent and direct. Felt less like they wanted to get to know the interviewer and more like they wanted to make sure you had a full picture of the job expectations.

Take servals rounds meeting and the team and managers.
Follow up with a written test to work on. Its okay as long as you have relevant experience for Luxury goods.
Relatively standard interview with standard questions. A lot of questions about working in a fast-paced environment of handling different communication channels, working in a team, etc. Interviewed by 2 people.
Very easy - general questions that reflect the entry role. Met with 3 different people across the operations team. Overall, they were friendly and didnt keep me waiting for an answer for long.
