We keep our salaries under constant review; we also offer all staff members a strong benefits package and generous annual leave allowance which creates a more compelling total compensation picture. It is also worth noting that all entry level staff are eligible for paid overtime for any work over and above their contracted hours. This can substantially enhance take home pay.
