I was contacted by an upper recruitment manager and had an initial screening for grammar capabilities via phone. After approval, I had a skype interview with one of the head instructor at my branch of interest. After signing my contract, I was contacted again by main branch for another intervuew because I did not go through the normal hiring process of applying through Aclipse. It was a bit confusing but they said not to worry. All in all it was a smooth process.
