Cimpress Sr. FUll Stack Developer interview questions

First round was easy to hard DSA question only. Second round was System design round where they ask only one question to apply offers on cart in multiple scenerio. Interviewer took 30 mins to explain code and when I was solving in notepad. I missed one objects and it went undefined. This was the reason for rejection. I don't know what they want. I had given solution and it was proper with interviewer. HR called for rejection the I asked reason then I got surprised that I have less debugging skills for missing some objects in notepad. Even interviewer don't understood questions clearly they have fixed set of question only same they asks and also expect same solution from everyone. Total timepass You will be surprised why you get rejected.
