I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2018
Interview
Went to college job fair, was invited for a next day interview, was further selected to go to Indianapolis for a round robin final interview. I was excited to go to the final interview since only 13 out of 120 were selected. Interviewed with 4 different managers and the recruiter and had a tour of the factory. The interviews were very constructed with each interviewer having a list of questions to ask. On that paper they would also take notes of what I said. However, after the final round interview I NEVER HEARD BACK. I called the recruiter 4 times and emailed him 8 times - Nothing.
Was very long with 5+ interviews and I waited months between each interview. There was one in person interview I believe but all the interviews were pretty straight forward it just took them awhile to get back to me.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
Met with the recruiter on campus, applied online and then got an email a week later to schedule an interview. I interviewed with a service manager and a previous management trainee. The interview was fine - I was asked a set (about 7) of "tell me about a time when..." questions. I went on a ride-along a week later with a senior SSR. This was followed by an interview with the GM.
