I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Stillwater, OK) in Mar 2019
Interview
I thought the interview process was very thorough. I has a total of 3 different interviews with Cintas. The second one was at their location and on that day, we spoke to three different employees. I enjoyed everyone that I spoke with and their questions were about you as a person and your goals. However, I did not like that it took them over 3 weeks to get back to me about not getting the internship, especially since I was a finalist. I emailed the person of contact multiple times, and when I got the decline email, it felt very impersonal for the amount of time I spent interviewing with them.
Cintas offers a professional interview experience—well-structured, with behavioral questions focused on customer service, teamwork, and accountability. Interviewers were friendly, clear, and focused on cultural fit and career growth potential. i woudl recommend

Interview
very short and quick. the interviewer just did a regular phone call which made it weird and then kind of ghosted after until i followed up. The questions were just basic interview questions not to difficult but do know what you are talking about.
