Cipher Tech Solutions Embedded Software Engineer interview questions

They sent me a take home project before even giving me a phone interview. The project was on creating a cipher, parsing a kdb file, and ultimately carving out jpegs from a binary file. While it wasn't exactly hard, it also wasn't easy. It took me many hours to properly complete. Then, if that wasn't enough, they gave me a SECOND ASSIGNMENT! Stay away, they just want to waste your time. By the time I finished their stupid challenges I already had gotten better offers from other companies who didn't have as many hoops to climb through.
