i have attended for six rounds of interview in cipher cloud. i have completed all the technical rounds. i had salary discussion with Senior HR also. these are very irresponsible about their works. i had went many time to their office for interviews. finally they were not inform me weather they selected me or rejected of in that process. but while in discussion with technical manager(who is from vizag) seems to be confirmed because of technical clarifications for his queries. i am sure there is politics going on in this company. senior HR ask me is there any known person to you in this company. so be careful while attending interview in this company. your time will be going to be waste. when i'm trying to call to them to know my profile status they are responding. After attending these many times in week days by adjusting my times at least they has to provide feedback. i'm sure they will not get reason to reject my profile. so i'm suggesting you guys be careful while attending for interview don't waste your time. the HRs will play with your feelings. But those five rounds of technical interview was very nice. i believe that where technical interview is tough there work also very criticle. so i strongly believe to work with them.
