Interview
Three stages to the process:
1. Phone chat with the recruiter for the role.
2. Online interview with hiring manager.
3. Online interview with a more senior manager.
Very straight forward, standard interview questions. Relaxed interview style.

Question 1
Standard questions like "Name a time when you had to overcome a problem at work."
The interview steps were: 1. phone screen with HR, 2. virtual video interview with the Hiring Manager, 3. timed Excel assessment, and 4. virtual video interview with a Director. I received feedback in a timely manner from my recruiter and the interview process and approximate timelines were clearly explained to me. The Hiring Manager and Director asked behavioral and situational questions.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? How would you investigate declining sales?
It was overall good, they asked about me and my expectations of the role, as well as behavioural questions, the hiring manager was cool. The whole process wasn't hard, so just be prepared and you should be good.

How do you look at the tariffs between the US and Canada?
Great interview process. We did 3 rounds of interviews inside a week and half. Met with peers as well as the team leads to have a full understanding of the culture.
