ClaimsPro interview questions

Applied online. Was asked to answer 10 detailed interview questions in writing. Once submitted. Was offered a virtual interview that asked me the same questions plus more. After this, I was invited for an in person interview, where they asked some of the same questions, and talked about the company. I was then sent several tests. A computer literacy test, and an English competency test (English is my native language) I had to do a background check, and a personality test. After this extensive hiring process. The company has now ghosted me with no answer about next steps, or if they made a hiring decision. The hoops you jump through to get ghosted wasted my time.

There was an initial interview with 2 managers. Background check was done and I was able to join 2 weeks later. It was a very basic interview with straightforward questions.
