"...the interview process is long, inefficient and inconsiderate towards the candidate's time, energy and efforts. They said there will be additional 2 interviews + a take home challenge will be given in between."
I saw this in a recent review and couldn't agree more. I think Clair is fishing for free ideas and will take them wherever they can. Unfortunately, it feels like Clair is too scattered to run a serious, communicative recruiting effort and, as you can see in this board, they do not care about the experience.
Their process is convoluted and long, and their "quick 2-3 hour" take home is not worth it. This was all for a marketing role, not engineering, so I think this is deeply unnecessary, not to mention that you aren't being compensated for your time or work.
As soon as I left the office post-interview, I received an email asking to set up the next interview ASAP--the next morning if possible.
I then got an email later that night saying my experience "wasn't in depth enough," and listed the WRONG JOB TITLE which seemed bizarre given that when I started the process, I was told that the team wanted to move me through quickly and were raving over my background.
I reached out for clarification (because it could have been an error--sloppy at best, horrible recruiting at worst) and never heard back. Please do not waste your time, because you can be a high quality candidate and still get ripped off in this process.
