Personally, it was quite a lengthy process for me. There are three steps until you reach the final stage of the interview which is; a chat with the HR team, a video call with the hiring manager and a face to face meeting/interview with the team. When you are invited to meet the team you get a circuit around the office and where people work; the office is amazing and very modern! The staff were very friendly and you are offered a selection of drinks to choose from which was very welcoming. I did not receive an offer but I really enjoyed the process. HR called me to share the outcome and give me feedback. I do disagree with some of the feedback (maybe I did not showcase myself to my best ability due to nerves), I did appreciate the feedback that was given and was able to apply it to my next interview.
