I completely understand how frustrating it must be to not receive any updates or feedback after investing time and effort into the interview process. Please know that this is not reflective of the experience we strive to provide for our candidates. I have looked in to this and can see that the Talent Partner responsible for the role had unfortunately left the business, the delay in giving you feedback arose from the handover period and for this we apologise. I can see the Talent Partner who took over has since given you detailed feedback from the engineer’s on both positive and constructive elements.
