Clearview Home Energy Solution interview questions

I was ushered into a room by the owner and then he and six of his managers returned. He led the conversation while 4 of the other 6 managers looked at their cell phones. During my phone interview I inquired about their sales consultants turnover and was told it was very little. Bill however the (owner) states they have a hard time finding salespersons that stick.
