The recruiter gave me alot of info on the interviews and helped me to prep for them.
The coding interview was an hour long and I had to create a component that they gave me a very basic mockup for, and little info. I was supposed to gather requirements by asking questions.

Question 1
What kind of criticism have you received in the past about your work? Was it justified?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ClickUp in Nov 2022
Interview
* Call with recruiter * Phone Screen (FE Component Coding) * Virtual Onsite FE Coding FE Design Behavioral with the director (Rude interviewer) I did great on tech questions which were very much related to actual work. All the tech people were quite nice. However, the most off-putting was the interview with the director. He was rude and condescending. He literally was denigrating my current company (A FAANG company) as slow and non interesting. Was asking if I will be able to adjust to fast paced Clickup. If I was reading between the lines he meant will I be willing to work for 60hrs a week. Also, the pay they offered was less than my current salary and they had the gall to call my current employer worse than clickup lol. Also their vesting schedule is: 10/20/30/40 which sucks.
