Took a few weeks from hearing from recruiter to calls with hiring manager. First interview with Jason was great and very clear and informative. However, the two of the Directors of Enterprise interviews were less than ideal. First showed up almost 10 minutes late and the other was 15 minutes behind and did not allow to go over time since they were late, but then asked for a separate call again to get through more questions. First interview was like speed dating 21 questions. Wasn't very personable and the interviewer was clearly distracted. Second interview was again 15 minutes late to a 30 minute meeting. Not personable again and lacked a sense of caring for actually getting to know more about experience and personal interests for culture fit. Neither interviewers seemed to care about the culture fit portion.
