Interview with sales manager and then another interview with top two recruiters. Very basic and casual. Typical conflict/situation questions. Was supposed to interview with the boss but never had the chance, got hired anyways.

To explain a conflict with a coworker in the past.
I had 2 interviews, Marshall mostly wanted me to ask questions about the company and Marisa was super kind. Overall the interview wasn't bad at all, seemed pretty straight forward since it was just a few questions. I think they are mostly judging to see what your character is like.

Interview
The initial interview was held via zoom. The follow-up interview was also via zoom. The homework assignment was to write a recruiting ad for a Nursing Manager position for a fictitious position at a hospital. After a follow up email, the company representative never followed through.
