Club Fitness interview questions

Just general open ended questions, asking how you are socially cause they don’t need/want akward silent people working the front desk. Got my first interview at a job fair at the affton location to which I was then instructed to go to the Lemay location which would be where I would work. I did a second interview at the Lemay location with the GM of the gym. Same type of questions. They want the outgoing rule following go getter who will be a good first face and voice for customers to experience.
