Club L London interview questions

Designers beware, seems they are just farming projects as you never see new hires on linkedin, you have to send the project before you even physically see anyone and then they stop replying on emails. They constantly repost roles on linkedin which says it all really

– Avoid if You Value Professionalism I had a face-to-face interview with Club L and was genuinely excited about the opportunity. Unfortunately, the experience that followed was incredibly unprofessional. Despite chasing twice for feedback, I never received any response—no outcome, no constructive input, not even a basic acknowledgment. For a company that positions itself as fast-paced and ambitious, it’s shocking to see such a lack of basic courtesy and respect for candidates who invest time and energy into their process. Silence after an in-person interview is simply unacceptable. If this is how they treat potential employees, I’d be very concerned about how they treat their current ones. I’d advise others to think twice before applying—your time and effort deserve better.
