I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Clutter (Culver City, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I met a recruiter at the University Career Fair. I had a phone call with the recruiter about what the job entails, my past experiences, why I want to join Clutter. I emailed them one week after the interview and they said they are still waiting for engineering feedback. Two weeks later, they said they are still waiting for feedback. The company took four weeks to send me a rejection.
After the rejection, the recruiter sent me a coding challenge. I completed the Hackerrank challenge, passing 100% test cases. One week later, the recruiter sent a rejection again.
Interviewing for this company is a crapshoot. I recommend applying, but don't expect to hear back a rejection for three weeks.
Applied, was sent a hackerrank which was pretty straight forward. Then went to a conversation with HR. Was asked pretty basic questions, said I would hear back in a week or so. Didn't hear back for awhile so I followed up and was given a template email of rejection.
Hackerrank -> Onsite
looks like an excellent company, with insane engineering talent and passion. future looks very very bright, likely to be a unicorn next year. very strong offer as well. personal reasons made it so I had to decline.

Question 1
Lots of system design and ds/a. behavioral about resume and why clutter
Ask you to do two OA algorithm problems before they review your resume and then reject you. Completely waster of time. The OA assesment is meaningless. Avoid this company.
