Coalition to Transform Advanced Care interview questions

I was contacted for a phone interview which lasted almost an hour, and then invited for an in person interview. It was a waste of time...they seem to only want to hire millennial white males on their staff. Unless you fit that description and/or want to be in that type of environment, I suggest looking elsewhere. Small staff, small office, no diversity to speak of.
