I initially applied to this position with Coates group at the end of February. Few weeks came and went, and I hadn't heard anything back regarding the position. So I reached out Internally, and my information was passed along to the recruiter. The recruiter reached out to me 2 weeks later to schedule a phone interview. We had the phone interview, it went great, and was told that they were still going through the beginning stages of interviews, and that I would hear back regarding next steps in a week or two. Two weeks came and went, and I had heard anything back. So I reached back out to the recruiter, only to receive a bounce back email, stating that they were no longer with Coates group. A week went by and I received an email from another recruiter at Coates group, asking to schedule time for a phone interview. After this phone interview, I was told I would receive an email to set up time for a panel interview. After the panel interview, I reached out to the recruiter to thank them for setting up the call. They let me know they were interviewing the next 2 weeks and I should be on the look out for any updates. (This was at the beginning of May) As the weeks passed, I continued to reach out to the recruiter each week to see if they had any updates, or If I could provide any further information. Three weeks went by and I never received any updates from the recruiter on the position. Four weeks after the initial panel interview, I received an email from the recruiter letting me know that the position had been filled. The process took 3 months, and I only had two phone interviews, and One panel interview. I reached out each week to make sure they knew I was still very interested, as well and making sure I was providing all the information I could to help with the decision.
