After one month of application to the role, recruiter contacted me by phone, however at that moment I was on another meeting. So, they sent me a SMS message with the information that they are impressed by my profile and YUPiii, I was short-listed and now it is time to schedule the interview call, and mentioning that they are available anytime same or next day. I tried to call them back(same day after ±30min), but no response. So, I replied on the same SMS that I am available, feel free to call. Just in a 2 days I got another SMS, that here are available slots for an interview. I selected one, however didnt received any reply or confirmation. So, I was waiting at that day and time for a call, however no one called. I sent a message if the meeting is still valid, but no response. Since that time(now two weeks) nothing happened. So, be aware of such situation. In the current situation of lack of IT people, and especially on Senior level roles, expectations that the process will be serious enough. Otherwise if profile is not good fit, or you found another better candidate, just inform about this and do not take time of candidates.
