I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cocoon (London, England) in May 2017
Interview
Because the site was lacking visibility, we had a straight to the point discussion about what I'd do to improve the traffic. Lacking in many aspects, I picked the ones with most impact: structured data markup.

Question 1
What is the biggest change to improve traffic significantly?
I applied online. I interviewed at Cocoon (Leeds, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
I'd previously had a phone chat with Colin, one of the founding members, and was subsequently asked to come in for an reasonably informal interview with Colin and Sanjay join us briefly.
It was held at their Leeds office and in all was a great experience. Colin is a great guy and you get a real sense of team effort from the organisation. The room was a touch hot as there wasn't any ventilation but Colin apologized for it from the outset and suggested I took my suit jacket off, also there was a plentiful supply of water.
It really was more of a friendly chat about the role and my mix of skills & experience. About 5 days after the interview Colin did follow up with a nice personal email providing an update which connects with their personal values.
In this instance unfortunately whilst Colin felt I would have been good and succeed in the role, unfortunately for me there was another candidate who pipped me at the post with technical experience. I really hope it works out for that candidate and the company it would have been an excellent place to work.

Question 1
General questions about the skills for the role and my previous experience, but one excellent question which Colin posed was: If there is one thing you'd like to get perfect in the first week what would that be any why?
