4 rounds, 3 technical. So there is a typical first round with HR through the phone. It then moves to an online code assessment within Hackerrank. THEN theres another in person technical with whiteboard javascript and css questions. THEN another technical with pair programming a react application. Overrall its too much, they arent google, they arent youtube, and 4 rounds of interviews is over the top. Don't waste your time. There is plenty of agencies out there that will respect your time and realize they are not a fortune 10 company paying 200k + in order to have the right to have 4 rounds of interviews. I understand that a company needs to understand the capability of a candidate but if you cant see it by 1 or 2 rounds then you are doing something wrong. And companies hovering over individuals while they code is a faux-pas. No one codes like that. Again, they are not Google.
