Coefficient Giving interview questions

The interview process had many steps before you could talk to a person. Submit application, work sample, and several others that I didn’t get to. The interview structure was made this way to eliminate bias.

It was a pretty straightforward interview. I was asked about my motivation, skills, and interests. The interviewer also referred to the test task I had completed prior to the interview and asked about my experience working on it.
