Coen + Partners interview questions

The interview process was thorough. There was an initial meeting with a formal HR employee followed by a design exercise (a mini project design of a former project the firm has done-pdf deliverable). Next was a meeting to review the design exercise and portfolio with the principal and design director. And the last step was a phone interview with a third party company that determines work style.

Three round. First round: around 20 min. basic understanding of the applicant. Second round: around 1 hr. will give you a project and you are expected to finish and present Third round: a little bit more than 1 hr.
