      I interviewed at Cognite

      Interview

I interviewed with someone in HR and then didn’t hear back for a few weeks. That person evidently left the company. After following up and messaging a few others, I had a 2nd interview. This interviewer showed messaged me a calendar invite- then the day before asked to move the meeting an hour later. I logged into the interview and waiting for 13 minutes and then was timed out of the Zoom. I emailed the interviewer and said I would log back in and wait for a few minutes but was also open to reschedule. The interviewer logged in shortly after- no apologies or acknowledgement of being 15+ minutes late. He spoke of the weather and made small talk before asking a few questions and leaving time for me to ask questions. Seemed rushed as if he wanted the call to end. I then received a new calendar invite showing the time he actually logged in.
