Prompted to record a video. Passed on moving forward. If I am going to prep content and share, then the hiring manager can make the time to show up ask questions and give feedback. This practice of recording a demo/share is lazy and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see such a practice in place for a company as well resourced as Coinbase.
