The interview process started well: recruiter screen → take-home assessment → hiring manager interview → four-person panel. The experience overall was positive — everyone was friendly, and the panel focused mostly on behavioral questions, which made me feel like I was a good fit for the team and the culture. The take-home assessment was interesting; it took me a little bit time to code, analyze the data, and develop a thoughtful strategy. Unfortunately, after the final round, they gave no further updates after you sent emails, no rejects, no updates, even the portal still shows in progress, it felt like they gave you hope, then ghosted you.
