I applied via a Craigslist posting, which is how they do most of their hiring. I was contacted the same day by phone for a screening, and then was asked to come into the office for an interview.
The interview was panel style, with most everyone in the department present. The questions weren't difficult; mostly behavioral in nature. After the interview, I was moved to a classroom and asked to complete a two-part test: the first part consisted of three logic questions (supposedly written by the president and that almost no one answers correctly), and the second part was technical questions that related to the job itself. That went well enough that I was asked to come for a second interview with folks from another team who worked closely with support. That also went well and I was treated politely and with respect. I was offered the job not long afterward.
