I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (Wilson, NC) in Feb 2021
Interview
Pretty easy. They ask questions about "what would you do if" and other experiences. Quality is #1 and they want to make money but don't give it to you. They also talk about the different parts that assemble and which parts go on different airplanes and vehicles to make you feel like you're doing something cool.
