I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (New Delhi) in Jun 2019
Interview
First round was an online test which was taken at home by the link provided by them by mail. Second round was a technical GD. The topics were aeronautical field related. Next round was F2F interview out of which hardly 1 or 2 go through the HR interview. Overall it's a little difficult interview process.

About my projects, microcontroller, analog electronics and digital electronics
I have been shortlisted to the technical interview after the aptitude test. The interview was quite fine but I didn't make it. Actually I should have brushed up my basic aeronautical knowledge, since I missed preparing only I didn't get selection. Just a solid basic preperation on the basics of aeronautical knowledge and your knowledge on your own resume is fine to crack it. All the best.
