I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace in Jan 2018
Interview
There were 2 interviews. First was with the team manager and the second was in person. I met with several team members and the manager during the process. It was very open and they encouraged me to ask any questions I wanted to ask.

Question 1
Very few technical questions. Mostly behavioral questions.
Focus on Understanding of systems of systems and how they are deployed in aerospace. Also, how to manage risks on programs. Thats pretty much everything they asked me. Its going going gone.
The interview was good. But interviewer was asking about basic mathematics and statistics questions which is relevant but not required at senior level..and the question was selected from internet. Technical round they have not asked anything about system engineering

Overall this is a process that is will span over multiple rounds and then the process will end with an onsite final interview as the last step. Although a long process you get to meet most of the team
