The interview process was arranged by the consulting agency and was interviewed over the phone first. I was asked about any gaps in employment and the person was certain that was the ideal match for the position. Then an interview was setup at the site with Director of the unit. Phone offer was relayed, then Offer letter and paperwork was sent electronically by the agency which I worked under for three (3) months till I was permanently hired.
