I met the manager on a virtual Career Fair and had an extended interview after the career fair. Most of the questions are behavioral and the manager introduced you the project they were working and asking about your inputs.

Got a pre-interview through university recruiting. Scheduled an interview less than 24 hours later. Few initial questions to gauge general knowledge then more to see technical questions. Overall very smooth and quick process.
