Colonial Savings interview questions

Terrible! My first phone interview never happened because the recruiters assistant never scheduled it. After several phone calls back and forth it was rescheduled. I had the phone interview that lasted all of 5 minutes. Recruiter stated they had several positions open and wanted to set up a face to face interview to discuss the different positions open. Again I never heard back from the recruiters assistant. I tried following up several times and was given the run around only to finally be told they had filled the position. What about the others? I was told to apply for those positions online. This was all in a 5 to 6 week time span. Terrible communication, they don't even have the decency to give updates. I had to do all of the communicating.
