Colonial School District interview questions

It's impossible to get an interview without knowing someone. I was overqualified for a position, knew the principal, and still didn't get the job. Not sure what they are looking for, but she expressed having a diverse group of children, but I am sure she hired someone who does not represent diversity. It's a joke. They already have people in mind for these positions. Don't waste your time. Oh, and I also WAS EDUCATED by this school district and they STILL didn't hire me. Luckily, better opportunities for me elsewhere. Their loss
