Columbia Law School interview questions

I submitted an online form and was sent an email for an interview a few days later. I had some chatty conversations with the friendly team members and a longer interview with the sharp executive director. There were many red flags about dysfunction within the department, including a nearly complete turnover in the preceding year, repeated mentions of interdepartmental conflict, and a lack of clarity around what it means to achieve success. After my interview, which lasted about 90 minutes in total, a piece of the law school's physical facade fell off the building.
