I filled out an application and I was interviewed and hired on the spot. Extremely easy because they are hurting to fill spots. Anyone with a pulse will get the job
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Come Back In (Madison, WI) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very brief and to the point. They read through my resume on the spot and asked me to elaborate on particular notes that I had made on there about my skills and experience. Having worked in management before they asked if I thought I would be comfortable working in a non-managerial position, and additionally inquired as to why I wouldn't want to continue moving up. In the end I was offered a position of my choice, that being either a waitress, bartender or manager. After my first day of training I was dissatisfied with the current management practices and chose to seek other employment.
