I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CommerceIQ in Nov 2024
Interview
I had an initial screen with someone from HR, who was very open and honest about the role. She mapped out how the process would proceed, and on what timeline, if I were to advance.
I then met with the hiring manager for what I'd consider a discussion about the role, my experience and how the fit may or may not work. Less an interview, more of a discussion. The hiring manager was very open with me and gave me really good feedback on what he found interesting about my background, and what gaps in experience he noticed that would need to be addressed if I proceeded in the process.
I then had 3 or so interviews with people from different parts of the organization. I then got a case study to produce and present to a panel.
The process was relatively fast and smooth and went exactly as it was described in my first call. I believe I got an offer less than a week after the final presentation.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CommerceIQ in Dec 2024
Interview
My interview process from 1st interview to starting at CommerceIQ took less than 1 month. I interviewed with an HR recruiter, then my future manager (VP of Sales), then with my future manager, another VP of Sales, & the Head of Retail Media. As part of that call I also presented case study results as if it were to a client. I passed an IQ test and a Behavior/Personality Test. The IQ test was 50 questions in 15 minutes- I know I got the 1st 39 right but then didn't have much time for the last 11 so put in guesses quickly. I was never given results but must've passed. I then had a final interview with another salesperson (same job as I would have), a Solutions Consultant (similar to what other companies call Industry Leads; they work hand-in-hand with sales), and a Customer Success Director.
