A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin to see if I had an interest in joining their Corporate Recruitment team. I did my homework and yes, obviously I was interested...Compass is an amazing company doing big things! So we set up a time to chat. She gave me an overview of the company and the role and asked me about my current job situation. Things went well, and there was a video panel interview set up the next day with 2 team members and the manager. This was a great experience, and I got to feel out the vibe of the team and who I would potentially be working with. Fast forward a few hours later and I had an offer in my hands! I love so much that the team was ultra-transparent, communicative, and moved so quickly. That's how an interview process should be conducted always. They truly care about the candidate experience. Whether or not I left with an offer, I would have had a positive image of Compass because of the way the interviewing team conducted themselves.
