There are 30 minutes calls for the first round to ask you some behavior questions. If you pass the first round, there will be a technical round and a case round.

Interview
The first interview was with the hiring manager and it was a behavioral interview, then I was invited back for a behavioral interview with two consultants, followed by two technical interviews (an excel portion and a compensation analysis portion).

Interview
First round call with HR, then a second round with two current consultants, then I was sent an excel case study. HR person wasn’t very friendly but the consultants I spoke to during the second round were. The case study was like a 20 row 8 column spreadsheet that I had to do some vague “analysis” on and was given no substantive instructions. They mentioned that I could email if I had any questions, which I did, and was literally just sent the same instructions again.
