Computers and Structures interview questions

Applied online. Few days later, got a phone call from the vice president asking me to come to their office for an interview. I drove for more than hour from Palo Alto to Walnut Creek. I then met with the president, vice president and couple of other senior members of CSI. I was asked several behavioral and technical questions. It was a good meeting in overall. The president then said he wants to test me by doing a small project for them (before giving the full-time position offer). He said that he is going to pay me $50 for every hour I work on the small project. He said he will send more details on the project in about a week. I waited for about 10 days, but I never received anything from them. I called and emailed them several times; guess what, no answer. I kept calling them and finally the vice president answered and said that they need one more week to send the small project. But again they didn't send anything. In total, I probably sent more than 20 emails and called 20 times (over a period of 5 weeks). Only one of them was replied. Overall, I found their behavior very disrespectful. They could have said that they are not interested in me. I will never forget how disrespectful they were.
