Started well, then the language gotchas quiz began. There was no communication about how long the interview would take so I was there for 3 hours. There was no follow up afterwards to indicated if I was a candidate for consideration.

Was initially contacted by HR, and had a short (30-min) interview with the VP and a senior developer. Afterwards, I was sent a logic puzzle via email along with some very specific requirements for how to solve it and how to present my answer. A week later, I had my answer.
