The recruiter was extremely disrespectful of my time and obviously didn't read my application. She contacted me to set up an interview despite my salary ask being $20,000 more than the budget for the role. Pretty sure the recruiter, Marissa, just needed to fill a quota to look productive. I didn't appreciate her carelessness and felt the process was a waste of both of our times.
